Aagh, I'm so pretentious. I admit it, I drew this just so I could use a quote from The Raven. I memorized that whole freaking poem when I was in grade 3 or 4 just because I liked the way it sounded; but for some reason the only part anybody ever seems to remember is "Nevermore"! D:

Anyway, this is Princess Kraehe and the Raven Prince, with big daddy in the background. Yet another Princess Tutu fanart I've had sitting around for a long time, and finally finished, I think; though I'm worried it might be too dark and hard to see on some monitors. And looking at it now, I can't help but be reminded of those old generic fantasy paintings of some musclebound guy posing with a huge sword and a scantily-clad maiden clinging to his waist. XD As if the Prince isn't campy enough without having to picture him in a chainmail loincloth.
